As a result of strategic partnership of both companies in the field of new product development, production, commercial, marketing and investment activity in 2002 was foundation of “KRATA”. That admitted to achieve the new level of Clients supply provided by more complete product range and to improve servicing of our Clients.

The product portfolio of the Company comprises more than 400 of high performance and environmental friendly products for various fields of industry like oil-refinery, construction, paper & pulp, coatings, inks, textile, chemical, furniture and others industry.

“Pigment” produces chemicals under trade mark “KRATA”, well known for domestic and foreign Clients.

About 30% of products are exported to 18 CIS and overseas countries. Nearly two thousand permanent Clients in Russia and in CIS countries and dozens of partners abroad.

Development strategy of J/S Co.”Pigment” is focused on modernization of current and creation of new production lines, launching and utilization of progressive technologies, that allows to manufacture up to date chemicals, demanded at the market and competitive against global analogues.

In 2007 Industrial Group “KRATA” got control block of shares of J/S Co.”Torzhok Printing Inks”, that is sole printing inks manufacture in Russia. That will contribute to the development of own production of ink pigments, hydrocarbonic, alkyd and phenol resins used both in printing and in coatings industries.

The structure of the Company includes research and development center, that is focused on implementation of innovative technologies, new high performance products and renovation of current products.

Manufacture of high quality chemicals, meting requirements of current market - the main principal of Company’s activity confirmed by numerous Competition Diplomas and namely: “100 of best Russian Goods”, “Best Coatings Materials” and others.

The accumulated experience permits to develop products with individual properties for particular Customer, to provide complex deliveries and provide preliminary and post servicing of the Client.
