• 1945 - Construction of Aniline Paints plant in Tambov had been initiated by Soviet Authorities of Chemical Industry.

• 1st May , 1949 – the plant had been launched into operation . 30 grades of pigments in amount of 616 tones were produced within the first year of operation .

• 1951 – extension of produced range of Goods. Initiating of direct dyes manufacture.

• 1962 – implementation of dyes manufacture used for synthetic fibers.

• 1964 – the enterprise had been renamed in Tambov Chemical Plant .

• 1967 – manufacturing plant for azo pigments had been started up

• 1972 – the new production of acrylic emulsions and dispersions had been run-up

• 1980 – production of optical brighteners.

• 1984 – Disperse Dyes production complex (3 plants) .

• 1988 – run-up of intermediates production

• 1992 – State Production enterprise “Pigment” had been re-arranged into Open Joint Stock Company

• 1993 – production of gasoline additives .Since 1993 chemicals produced by the Company under trade mark KRATA

• 1994-1995 – new production lines for phenol phormaldehyde resins, sulphamic acid, PVA dispersion.

• 1996 – expansion of production in the field of coatings raw materials and finished coatings as well.

• 2001 – the assortment covers chemicals for oil refinery companies. Launching of oil additives production.

• 2002 – foundation of Industrial Group KRATA, united strategic partners : J/S Co/”Pigment” , Tambov and J/S.Co. NPF Technochim”, Moscow for joint production and scientific activity.

• 2003 – beginning of reconstruction and innovation of basic and supplementary productions.

• 2004 – run-up of new production line for metal-complex dyes production .

• 2005 – extension of the printing inks pigments assortment.

• Mr. Andrey N. Utrobin had been elected General Director of the Company. расширение ассортимента пигментов для полиграфии.

• 2006 - operation of new technological azo-pigment production plant for manufacture of printing ink pigments , pigments for plastics and for production of waterborne and solvent based coatings . The new production line for semi-finished lacquers used in coatings was put into production .

• 2007 - Industrial Group KRATA which includes J/S Co.”Pigment”, Tambov, J/S Co. NPF “Technochim” , Moscow has acquired the control block of shares of J/S Co.”Torzhok Printing Inks”, Torzhok, that is a sole domestic manufacture of printing inks.
